Currently we offer 3 types of cleaning services:
Regular cleaning
The purpose of regular cleaning is a light dirt removal. This type of cleaning is normally completed 1-4 times per year. This is the most basic, contract window cleaning service.
Cleaners apply high concentrated solution on the glass surface to loosen the dirt. Then, a professional rubber squeegee is used to remove the dirty water from the glass. We also wipe down window frames. We do not include glass scraping in this service.
Initial/One off cleaning
The purpose of this service is to clean heavily soiled and long neglected windows and window frames. It means that besides regular wash, we might have to use steel wool or glass scrapers occasionally and double wash the glass to make it clean. Normally, you would need to allow extra 20% to the cost of regular wash.
Post construction window cleaning
Post construction window cleaning is required for all new buildings. We normally use special chemical applications, complete glass scraping and double wash for perfect results. It is a labor-intensive process and there is a risk of scratching the glass. Price varies depending on the level of contamination and access complexity. The cost is usually 50-100% higher than a regular wash.
