Inspection and Mould Damage Assessment
Following initial contact, we will inspect your property to assess the damage. Especially in cases of a complex mould infestation. Mould feeds on cellulose and water and can be hidden from plain view. But in many cases, you can simply send us photos of mould affected areas for a quick initial assessment.
Mould removal or Mould Containment
After the initial inspection, where possible and practical, our technicians will isolate mould infected areas. As a result, we will stop the mould spreading through your home/business premises.
Air Treatment prior to mould removal
Following mould containment, we generally will complete ozone treatment to kill all air bourne mould particles.
Removing Mould and Mould Infested Materials
The mould remediation process depends on the amount of mould growth and the types of surfaces on which the mould appears. We will use anti-fungal and antimicrobial treatments to eliminate mould colonies. That helps to prevent new colonies from forming. Sometimes it may be necessary to remove and dispose of mould infested materials, like plaster and carpet.
